Mr. Surya Prakash Khatri, Advocate Member, Bar Council of Delhi has been elected unopposed as Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi w.e.f. 08.04.2024. It is hereby informed that Mr. Surya Prakash Khatri, Advocate, a seasoned lawyer, favourite leader of the Bar, a well-known figure in the legal fraternity, and a Member of Bar Council of Delhi, has been declared elected unopposed as Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi, w.e.f. 08.04.2024. Mr. Surya Prakash Khatri had been elected as a Member of Bar Council of Delhi, since 1998 and this is his fourth consecutive tenure as a member of Bar Council of Delhi. In his previous tenures, he had held the post of Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi in 2013-2014. He had also held the post of Vice-Chairman in 2006-2008 and also had held the post of Hony. Secretary twice i.e. in 1998 and also in 2000-2003. It is his 2nd stint as Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi. We wish him all the very best for his future endeavors as Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi.
